Leigh Dehmer is the founder of True North Advantage, but before anything else, he is a husband, a father, and someone who takes pride in building a life with purpose. He lives in Sioux Falls with his family, and they are the reason he pushes himself to grow, learn, and build something real. Leigh is a Marine Corps veteran who carries the same discipline and steady mindset into his work and his everyday life.
He has always been a hands‑on problem solver. Whether he is working on a home project, riding his e‑bike around Sioux Falls, watching the Minnesota Wild, or spending time with his kids, Leigh approaches things with patience, curiosity, and a drive to do them well. He enjoys learning new skills, improving systems, and finding better ways to get things done.
